Owner to execute a Daveloyer ’s Agreamant and poat a Latter <br />of Credit with tha City to ensure tha following improvemanta are <br />inatallad: <br />A) City engineer to approve drainaga/aurfaca water <br />t;raatinant plan par final plana by Sathra Bargguiat. <br />B) Paving of parking area# lighting# aignaga# and <br />inatallation of grasaad area par plana by E.O.S. Corporation <br />of Excelsior# Minnesota dated January 10# 1989. <br />2. Tha executed Developer's Agreamant and Latter of Credit <br />(amount to ba 150% of tha cost of required ^ <br />submitted to tha City prior to application for a building <br />for new principal structures. Such permits must be obtained by applicant <br />a permit is issued for new construction.
