Directed applicant to proceed with preparing <br />final mvlar and hardshell after Council's action. <br />GOlWCIL MEETING - July 25, 1977 <br />Recomnended approval of preliminary plat per Piam^g Commission reconmendations <br />and cOTceptual approval of the cottage as a conditional use. <br />STAFF - November 17, 1977 <br />Mr. Kelley is requesting approval of the final plat of the Bill KelleySubdivision <br />pro|x)sal. Enclosed is a copy of the preliminary plat which was approved Jaiy Z5, <br />1977. <br />The mylars and hardshells submitted are very similar but include designated utility <br />easements. The originals are too large for us to diqjlicate for reference and <br />comparison. Wfe will have them before the Commission at the meeting, however. <br />Not included on the final plat itself is the flowage and conservatiOT easement over <br />areas designated as wetlands. The engineer has prepared a written document^sCTib- <br />ine said easement (copy enclosed) in lieu of indicating same on the plat. If this is <br />acceptable and approved by the City Engineer and Attorney, we could consider approval. <br />The park dedication fee forthcoming would be $1,000 ($250 per lot). Applicant has <br />not as yet submitt^ title opinion for review by City Attorney. <br />Also enclosed is a copy of a preliminary draft of a resolution of approval.
