lized and <br />subdivision <br />Lthin the City; <br />or a subdivision <br />he City of <br />ty, Minnesota; <br />;aid subdivision <br />In that event, <br />lo for subdivision <br />Mayor <br />-’2»' <br />f 1 <br />REGULAR MEETING OF THE ORONO COUNCIL, JULY 25, 1977Mr. Tom Jacobs, Building Inspector, read into the record the following request for a subdivision of William Kelley, 2340 Fox Street, dated <br />June 15, 1977, which states: <br />William Kelley, 2340 Fox Street, is requesting <br />a subdivision of one 28.6 acre parcel into four <br />lots. Each proposed lot exceeds the minimum <br />two acres and 200 ft. lot width requirements. <br />There is an existing house and guest cottage on <br />the property; both would remain on the one <br />corner lot under this proposal and both meet <br />all setback requirements. This condition does <br />not change the existing situation, but should <br />be addressed with standard guest house conditions. <br />Access drive location for the new parcels should <br />be subject to the Road Supervisor or City Engineer's <br />requirements. The subdivision would be subject <br />to the park dedication fee of $250 per lot, or <br />$1,000 total. A public hearing has been scheduled <br />for July 18, 1977 at 7:30 P.M. <br />Lot 1 - 6.3 acres dry <br />Lot 2 -6.1 acres dry - includes existing house <br />and guest house <br />Lot 3 - 5.3 acres dry - 2.8 acres marsh <br />Lot 4-6.6 acres dry - 1.5 acres marsh <br />Planning Commission Meeting - July 18, 1977 <br />Public hearing held. Bruce Kelley was present <br />Planning Commission recommended approval of <br />preliminary plat subject to all necessary <br />easements and park dedication fee of $1,000 <br />($250 per lot). Directed applicant to proceed <br />with preparing final mylar and hardshell after <br />Council action. <br />Council Meeting - July 25, 1977 <br />Mayor Van Nest moved, Paurus seconded, to give <br />preliminary approval of the subdivision and <br />conceptual approval of the cottage as a conditional <br />use, for the William Kelley subdivision, 2340 Fox <br />Street.
