Each proposed lot exceeds the minimum <br />two acres and 200 ft. lot width requirements. <br />There is an existing house and guest cottage on <br />the property; both would remain on the one <br />corner lot under this proposal and both meet <br />all setback requirements. This condition does <br />not change the existing situation, but should <br />be addressed with standard guest house conditions. <br />Access drive location for the new parcels should <br />be subject to the Road Supervisor or City Engineer's <br />requirements. The subdivision would be subject <br />to the park dedication fee of $250 per lot, or <br />$1,000 total.
