The Zoning <br />Administrator advised that this matter had <br />been tabled at the last meeting for lack of <br />representation. <br />Mr. Dorn's plan to construct a detached <br />garage on his property indicates a 64^ ft. <br />setback. Mr. Dorn had been advised that a <br />survey would be required to confirm the <br />dimensions prior to the issuance of a <br />building permit. <br />Mr. Dorn felt that a survey was costly and <br />unnecessary.
