The owners <br />wish to market the property and I am representing them as sales agent. <br />Forest Arms was approved by Orono several years ago and is duly recorded. <br />A road was built, as shown on Plat. Sanitary sewer was put in the roadbed. <br />The owner will complete the road. <br />We need to be advised of any and all requirements to be met so that build­ <br />ing permits on the individual lots will be awarded. The following points <br />should be clarified: <br />1. Requirements to complete road and have Orono accept the road and <br />maintain thereafter. <br />2. Storm sewers required. <br />3.
