Various reports as requested by the Conmission will <br />not be completed in time for the meeting scheduled for November 7, 1977. <br />The City has retained the services of Bonestroo, Rosene, Andorlik § Associates <br />(engineering firm) for review and connents cn the proposal. Mr. Jim Olson from this <br />firm is now preparing some maps and rejx)rts for us. He will be appearing before the <br />Planning Conmission at the meeting scheduled for November 21, 1977, to make his <br />presentation. <br />I have received the soils map and rep>ort from Jim Anderson of irhe Hennepin County Soils <br />Conservation District (copies enclosed), I am in the process of preparing one colored <br />copy indicating contrasts in defined wetlands boundaries and possible conflicts with <br />our comprehensive plan, ordinances and policies. <br />Nothing from other agencies or departments as yet. <br />PLANNING CatllSSIQN lEETINC - November 7, 1977 <br />Review^ soils map ^d report from Soil Conservation District. Commission was informed <br />tJiat Jim Olson, Engineer, would make a report on tlie proposal at our next meeting. <br />STAFF - Noveirber 16, 1977 <br />^fr. Lilja called at 1:45 p.m. on November 10, 1977. Said he touched base with Jim Olson <br />of Bonestroo and he has said that plat appears unacceptable when relating to Soils report <br />as prepared by Conservation District, if soils report is legal and accepted. <br />He w^t^ to know who prepared report so he could confer with him. I told him my contact <br />is Jim Anderson - I don’t know who prepares report.
