Willow Drive <br />Subdivision CPreliminary) - Lots 2 § 3, Kelley 5 Kelley Addition <br />Enclosed is a copy of the preliminary plat of the proposed replat of Lots 2 § 3 <br />of the Ifelley § Kelley Addition as submitted by George Jackson. The final plat <br />for the original Kelley ^ Kelley Addition was up for final Council approval on <br />October 24, 1977. <br />This replat consists of a slight revision of the boundary lines of the recently <br />approved Lot 2 of the Kelley subdividion. The change consists of moving the east <br />lot line of Lot 2 a distance of 60 ft. to the west. This will probably require a <br />revision in the description of this lot as it shall have been recorded. <br />The new plat consists of 9 lots, a 60 ft. access and a 100 ft. cul-de-sac exceeding <br />1,200 ft. in length. The developer has also agreed to provide an additional ease­ <br />ment to the east boundary line of the plat for continuation of the road through the <br />development for any future development to the east. <br />All three adjacent landowners are requesting we eliminate the previous provision for <br />access to Watertown Road. They feel the added easement east of the proposed cul- <br />de-sac would provide adequate throughways for any development to the east. All <br />proposed lots meet area and width requirements. <br />Drainage and utility easements should be determined from reports from the City <br />Engineer and Public Works W.rector and other agencies. Access and Traffic: Police <br />and Public Woiks. I^gals: City Attorney through title opinion addressed to the <br />City and description of final plat to be recorded. <br />Copies of the proposal have been forwarded to the following with requestes for <br />review and comnents: Minnehaha Creek Watershed District, LNR, City Engineer, City <br />Attorney, City Adninistrator, City Police Chief and City Public V/orks Director. <br />A public hearing will be scheduled to be held by the Planning Coiinission at their <br />meeting of November 21, 1977, at 7:30 p.m. <br />.1 <br />:$■ <br />'1 <br />'i <br />Street.
