He submitted the letter (copy enclosed) with a resume as requested. <br />He ap^ared to be very conscious of the problems that have been brought to the City’s <br />attentim in ^e past. Recognizing these problems, he assured me ttey would <br />cooperate witt us to eliminate the sources of these problems. Mr. Fulmer is <br />miSy^S^feeS the^Research Department of Cargill Industries.
