He felt this v.asn’t necessary. He has substituted the enclosed i)ro[«rty <br />sketch. Tlie dimensions as noted, I believe, are estimates so we cannot deternine <br />actual Vciri.'inces that might be necessary. <br />The zoning requirenents in tliis district are: Area - 5 acres, width - iOO ft. <br />front setback - 100 ft., side setback - 50 ft. <br />From the sketch submitted, there is no way to confirm dimensions as they are not <br />certified. Tlierefore, I cannot determine the extent of variances necessary. <br />If the property consists of 5 acres, an area variance would not be required. From <br />his sketch, it appears the lot is 50 ft. short of required width. Tlie proposed <br />location of the garage would require a 25 ft. variance from the necessary 100 ft. <br />setback. <br />I explained to Mr. Dom tliat \<e could process the variance request based on the <br />enclosed sketch. However, a sur\’ey would be required for issuing a building <br />permit as staff would be unable to confirm location without at least a partial <br />certified survey of the front portion of his property. <br />T^vo other property owners located slightly east of the Dom property are also <br />up for variance consideration at this same meeting. Both Ivive submitted surveys <br />as I requested.
