Lake .Setback - 75 ft.. Side Setback - 10 ft. <br />Mr. Ifolde is requesting approval to construct a second story exj^insion on his <br />existing residence which is currently non-conforming in lot area width and lake <br />and side setbacks. <br />The following variances would be necessary for approval: <br />Area - approximately 13,000 sq. ft. <br />Width - 50 ft. <br />Lake Setback - 13 ft. <br />Side Setback - 2.1 ft. <br />This proposal would not increase the existing hardcover area or percentage. The <br />enclosed survey indicates the location with no increase in house area.
