AllAll necessary easements; sjx^cifically, adequate utility <br />easement running parallel with Sj>ring Hill Road. <br />2. Park Dedication Fee in the amtaimt of $500.00. <br />3. Title opinion addressed to the City. <br />'fhis resolution icill expire March 1, 1978, if the aforesaid subdivision <br />plat has not been filed with the Hennepin County Recorder’s Office.
