This is a resubdivision of the original subdivision <br />of the entire tract \diich was approved by Council on August 17, 1977. I ra <br />enclosing a copy of the resolution of approval (not certified) of the previous <br />division wh5ch Kas done without the requirements of a final plat (mylar and <br />hardshells). 'Hiis proposal would require only one more §250 parK <br />dedication fee with tlie addition of only one nore building site. <br />I would like to call to your attention the location of the property line as <br />proposed on this lot split. It appears to be dividing some of the existing access <br />road. The City engineer and attorney might give us some direction on this issue <br />to eliminate any possible future problems with easements and access. <br />We should also consider the description of tiie low land for conservation easements. <br />hhile investigating the site, I saw a structure on the proposed Lot A-1.
