The zoning ordinance requires 43,560 sq ft. in area and 140 ft. lot "i^th. The subject iSt is approximately 17,700 sq. ft. in area and 100 ft. wide. Tlie variance request would be 25,860 sq. ft. in area .and 40 ft. in width, approved for two building sites. If the variance is approved, we should address the access to the property. Access to County Road ffl9 would be very hazardo>ts. We might consider an alternative access from Tonka View.
