The <br />subject iSt is approximately 17,700 sq. ft. in area and 100 ft. wide. Tlie variance <br />request would be 25,860 sq. ft. in area .and 40 ft. in width, <br />approved for two building sites. <br />If the variance is approved, we should address the access to the property. Access <br />to County Road ffl9 would be very hazardo>ts. We might consider an alternative access <br />from Tonka View. V»'e could probably require the owner to obtain an access easement <br />across the same easement as we previously provided for Lucille Olson property <br />located directly to the west at 4784 North Shore Drive. <br />The properties on either side of the subject property are currently ocaipied by <br />residences.
