If there have been such <br />improvements, inquiry should be made to determine and <br />evidence obtained to substantiate that the sai <br />improvements have been paid for in full. <br />d. We suggest that you verify that your use of the <br />premises complies with the state laws and municipal <br />ordinances, including, but not limited to building, <br />zoning and planning ordinances. <br />e.
