If so, trees to be planted <br />before June 1, 1978. <br />(5) Approval of all other agencies. <br />(6) Removal of dead trees and bushes from banlc and <br />shoreline. <br />ffotion - Ayes (7), Nays (0). <br />Mr. Gridley was present. It v/as his understanding tiiat <br />tlie Planning Conmission would again bo discussing tliis <br />application. Tlie application was tabled at tlie last <br />meeting so that review could be made by tlie City Engineer <br />and a report could be obtained from tiie Hennepin Coimty <br />Soil and Water Conservation District. <br />Tlie Planning Commission informed Mr. Gridley tliat tlie <br />application had been tabled laitil those rciiorts were <br />received. V.’e arc still awaiting tlicse reports so the <br />matter so the matter was not on" the agenda. Mr. Gridley <br />was advised that he would be notified when tliis matter <br />would be on tlie agenda. <br />'Ir. David Bie appeared lie fore the Planning Conmission <br />and requested tliat the Commission consider liis iicrsonal <br />presentation as a work session so final action caild <br />be taken at the Plaiining Conmission meeting of b’ovember <br />7, 1977. His material liad not been submitted in time <br />to malce this agenda. <br />’tr. Bie appeared before the Commission at a meeting in <br />September 1977 requesting comments on his proposal Vor <br />an electrical shop and gift/hobby shop in Navarre. At <br />that time, the Commission advised the applicant what <br />requirements were necessan^ Mr. Bie now has all the <br />necessar)' material for Planning Commission reviciv. Tfie <br />Conmission informed Mr. Bie tliat the application would <br />be discussed as an action item at their next meeting <br />on Novem.ber 7, 1977. <br />Tlie Planning Commission took action on the following <br />work session item: <br />Mr. Stubbs is requesting a lot area and front and side <br />setback requirement for constniction of an addition to <br />tlie existing di^^elling. The proposal addjtion v/ould be a continuation of the front line of the iioase.
