Zoning Administrator
September 13, 1977
Durwell Vetter - Big Island
Subdivision (Preliminary)
This proposed subdivision involves the division of one parcel into
each cxc^ding the minimum 2 acre, 200 foot width requirements for dry buildable
livid on Big Island. All three parcels would retain water frontage, ^lere are no
existing structures on the property. Tlie abutting land is ol^aled by the Hemepin
Coi-Jity Park Reserve Board. The low or marshy lands along the shore are not
included in the area calculations. Subdivision considerations should ^clude
dock restrictions over the shoreland marshes including ojx^n space and o^nge
easements over them and a park dedication fee.
A public hearing has been scheduled for October 3, 1977, at 8:15 p.m.
PLANNING CO^MISSION MI:HriNG - October 3, 1977
Tnlin Pridlev reorcsenting Mr. Vetter, was present.
