This jubdivision was approved subject to sc:veral conditions several years <br />ago. All conditions were not met at the time, so the development has been at a stand­ <br />still since that time. <br />Sue Dongoske has siibjnitted the request to proceed with development. 'Hie proposal went <br />directly to CoiuKil. Council reviewed the proposal and addi'cssed all issues noted <br />on A1 Olson’s memo. Council was concerned with the marsh area and previously dredged <br />chajinel. They referred tliis issue back to the Planning Commission for review and <br />reconsTiendation. We should address the issues of wetlands, riparian rights, dredging, <br />dock rights. <br />Fjiclosed is a copy of the plat from our section maps as the applicajit has not pi'ovided <br />us with a plat for ajiy review. V'e should have a copy of the plat to forward on to the <br />Soil Conservation District for review and reports. <br />PLANNING CarilSSION WORK SESSION - November 21, 1977 <br />Reviewed plat as previously approved. Discussed wetlands and riparian issue as <br />fomvarded by Council. Staff will request copies of plat, dredging documentation and <br />any other data that might be necessary to review the riparian status of the <br />individual parcels. <br />Most of the discussion was in regards to determination of length of shoreline. <br />Some of the Commission members indicated interpretation of shoreline to include <br />shoreline of channel if dredging was legal.
