A review of the USGS guadrangle indicates the contributing
watershed is approximately one square mile.
This would indicate the depressions are functioning as retention basins,
and as such fulfill one of the criteria for public waters. Therci-ore, we
will require a permit application for the proposed subdivision.
I understand there will be problems associated with this development.
grater than 187. on the site which would require special .erosion
controls to prevent sedimentation into the lowlands.
We recommend the proposer ^consider
plan prior to development.
I apologize for the delay in getting this information to you.
