The current development applications piMvide <br />the necessary information on use density to allow correct calculation of <br />the various amounts. <br />The properties were originally assessed for sever interceptor (area charge <br />per acre) and lateral (front footage) which totals will not change because <br />of this or any other redivision. Only sever unit (connection) charges must <br />be reviewed. <br />The original water assessments were for both residential and commercial <br />rates which are new changed to all residential^so the vater review includes <br />both units and footage.
