He is considering purchasing the
entire Tract A after the subdivision is approved. The area of the proposed par
cel exceeds 18 acres, some of vVich is wetlands.
It is his property that would be affected with the City’s request for a conserva
tion easement over the wetlands and an access easement on the dry lands adjoining
the west boundary line of these wetlands.
Mr. Jacobs and his attorney, John Winston, were in to see me about the matter on
July 18, 1977. They are not too happy about these two conditions for approval of
the plat. They will be comjniinieating with me shortly. Letters will be sent to me
with copies to Bruce Malkerson. They are proposing to request Council’s recon
sideration of these two conditions.
» •
P
i.
Applicant :
Watertown 1
include thi
Parcel 3 L
in the sou
indicated
A public h
planning i
Discussed
the large
access di
because i
installat
Recoinnenc
COUNCIL ^
Approved
censerva
Hennepin
area.
