Applicant's providing a specific easement to the City allowing <br />construction of a dam structure within the existing Coun y <br />road right-of-way. <br />2. Applicant’s providing an open space and flowage easement <br />over the wetlands conservation area. <br />3. No new access points to Tracts A and C. <br />4. County Highway Department approval of any new access to <br />Tract B. <br />5. Payment of a park dedication fee of $750.00 ($250/lot). <br />6. City Attorney's approval of title opinion. <br />7. Moving of final dividing line between Tracts B and C to <br />avoid passing through any structure (or certificate ot <br />survey showing buildings to be located away from tie <br />dividing line). <br />This resolution will expire on April 1, 1978 if the f <br />niat has not been filed with the Hennepin County Record’s Office.
