Some members felt tliat the lot lines could be
arranged to meet the lot width requirement at the building line, while others felt
that this would amount to gerrymandering without affecting the actual buildability
or density of the site. The Planning Conmission recommended approval of the
preliminary plat with a lot width variance subject to payment of a Park Dedication
Fee, to County approval of any new access road to the south parcel, and to reten
tion of the ponding area on the south lot. Nfotion approved - 4 ayes, 2 nays, and
1 abstention. Minority reported their concern was the approval of any sii)division
containing any variance.
COUNCIL MEETING - October 25, 1976
Approved preliminary plat subject to Planning Commission conditions.
STAFF - September 23, 1977
Applicant has submitted mylar and hardshells for final plat approval.
