A 10 ft. utility easement should be provided along <br />the frontage of all the lots. <br />2. The drainage proposal appears to channel all of <br />runoff north of Outlot A to Lot 4, with a sheet flow <br />over Lot 4. We would recommend that the drainage be <br />directed to a ditch and an easement be obtained <br />the ditch.
