The board of directors may promulgate such rules, regulations and sanctions governing the details of the operation and use of the common areas and facilities, including the right to designate certain areas within the common area to the exclusive use of individual lots provided that such a designation shall not Interfere with the use and enjoyment of any lot. Section 8. Officers. (a)Election. All such officers shall hold office for one year or until their successors are elected and qualified.
