I understand that, pro— <br />cedurally, our application must go through the following steps: <br />1. The application will be considered for action by the Planning <br />Commission at their next regularly scheduled meeting on September 6, 1977. <br />2. The application will be considered by the City Council for action <br />at a specially scheduled meeting on September 7, 1977. <br />If there is anything we can do to insure that both the Planning Commission <br />and the City Council will have all the information before it in order to <br />act on our permit applicati*" i, please inform me.
