NAME The name of tliis corporation shall be SUMMIT PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION ARTICLE II. PURPOSES AND POWERS The purpose of the corporation shall be to promote tlie health, safety and welfare of residents within the Plat of Summit Park, according to the plat thereof filed of record with the Register of Deeds of Hennepin County, Minnesota, and such additions thereto as may hereafter be brought within the jurisdiction of the corporation by annexation as provided for and in accordance with the provisions of recorded declarations of covenants, conditions and restrictions applicable to said SUMMIT PARK, hereinafter referred to as "The Properties", and specifically for the purpose of constituting and acting as an association of tlie owners of lots in the platted subdivision known as SUMMIT PARK.
