PLANNING OMaSSICN - March 7, 1977 The Zoni^ Adbninistrator stated that he had contacted Mr. Rhode regarding the star.us of his application. He was advised that Mr. Rhode suffered a heart attack at the beginning of the year. However, Mr. Rhode still plans on submitting a revised proposal as soon as he is able. Commission tabled this application until the necessary data is received. PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING - ^ 21, 1977 Tabled for revised plans, ^ould be conplete in time for Planning Conmission meeting of April 18, 1977. ^ PLANNING COrtllSSION MEETING - April 4, 1977 T^led. STAFF - April 12, 1977 Mr. Rhode has submitted a revised proposal and site plan including the adjoining properties with house locations. He is still requesting the use of the existing structure. I*m enclosing copies of this revised proposal and plan. I checked the site again and feel the proposed location of the house may be a little too far forward tlw necessary. I also believe that moving the house location back to the 30* setback line would result in an encroachment on the Laier's to the west. It might be best to oonproraise and locate the front of the house midway between tiie proposed location and the average setback line as shown on ny sketch "Esdiibit A". We might also consider sticking to the conditions set forth by the Council on October 22, 1974, (copy of minutes enclosed) vMien a variance on this lot was first approved. At that time, removal of the old garage was one of the conditions of approval. We could require this again. Because of the revised proposal, I iiaw moved this item back as a work session item.
