He owns 49,400 sq. ft. (1.13 acres) on the comer <br />and has leased the adjoining property to the north which is 116,650 sq. ft. <br />(2.68 acres). Together the parcels equal 3.81 acres. ITie property is heavily <br />wooded along the east side of both lots; the leased lot has been cultivated <br />for a large area along the road and is marshy along the north edge. <br />.4s shown on the survey, the proposed location of the bam ir 19 ft. from the <br />east property line, 162 ft. from Willcuv Drive, 122 ft. from Watertown Road and <br />151 ft. from the north property line. 34.031 requires a minimum of 150 feet <br />setback. 34.842 requires a 30 ft. side setback for principal structures in the <br />RR-IB zone.
