rResolution No. <br />RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH REQUIREMENTS <br />TO BE FULFILLED BY ROBERT J. WYATT IN <br />ORDER TO OBTAIN AND KEEP A CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT TO ALLOW FOR THE TEMPORARY <br />PRESENCE OF A GUEST HOUSE ON HIS PROPERTY <br />WHEREAS, Robert J. Wyatt has applied for a conditional <br />use permit to have a guest house on his property for a period <br />of eighteen months, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is concerned about the adverse <br />effect of a guest house on that property for a period of over ^ <br />eighteen months but desires to assist the applicant in effectu <br />ating his plans. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br />That the City of Orono grant a conditional use permit to <br />Robert J. Wyatt pursuant to the following conditions: <br />1 That the applicant and the property owner be allowed <br />to maintain the guest house only for a period of eighteen mont s <br />and that by the end of the period of eighteen months from the <br />date of this resolution, the guest house must be completely <br />removed. <br />2 In the event that the guest house is not removed by <br />that time, the City of Orono is given the right to enter on the <br />to^effectuate the terms of this conditional use permit and reso <br />lution. <br />3 The applicant shall provide prior to any granting of <br />this permit and placement of the additional home on the property, <br />a title opinion brought up to date addressed to the City <br />orono, which title opinion shows all the owners of the property <br />including all mortgage holders.
