The cuts made into higher elevations <br />along the north side allowed lor the hauling equipment to access roadways developed along the <br />storage area. This type ol land alteration activity could not be covered under the nonnal land <br />alterations allowed under the authori/atiun ot a building permit. The grading plan also includes <br />the land alterations required tor the pieparation of two building sites. <br />Review bu H. all grading activities involved in the preparation of the building sites <br />meet the required 73 :'.nback from the OilWL of the natural environment lake. Note all land <br />alteraii*Mis are 2f>" Iro a the designated wetland shown at the 931 elevation. The drainage ditch <br />that runs tfom the west to the east along the northern portions of the property will not be <br />altered. I he only land alteration involving the drainageway wDuld be the one required by the <br />City involving the removal of a culvert beneath one of the e.xisting gravel drives. Applicant <br />shall also restore area of drive to a grass lawn. No other alterations are required w ithin drainage <br />ditch as there is adequate fall to east. The only other improvement planned by applicant would <br />be to clean the ditch in an attempt to restore grassed areas adjacent to drainage ditch. <br />Review E.xhibits E and F. the engineer's review comments. The amended grading plan. <br />E.vhibit M. has designated the silt fence installation along the grading limits. Culverts are now <br />shown at the driveway entrances and the swale is now shown along the east side ot the road <br />outlot betw'cen the entrance drive. His report of November 4th still asks that existing sewer and <br />two e.xisting force mains be show n on the plan as well as the proposed service locations for the <br />two residences.
