Applicant proposes the borrow and filling of 1.800 cubic yards <br />for the purpose of restoring the original elevations along the nonh and western portions of the <br />residential lot. The applicant ’s consultant has provided an amended grading plan fulfilling all <br />requirements of the City Engineer. Shawn Gustafson has reviewed the amended plan and finds <br />the plan satisfactory. The enclosed approval resolution has been drafted per the Planning <br />Commission ’s unanimous recommendation of approval. <br />ch
