Radosevich & <br />Companv for performing the 1993 fiscal year audits. They have submitted a total estimate ot <br />$15 700 excluding direct expenses and excluding any additional expenses incurred as a result ut <br />Implication to the Certificate of Achievement tor Excellence in Financial Reporting. This <br />compares with an actual cost for the 1992 audits ot $15,400 plus $747 tor direct expenses and <br />$2,250 for the certificate program. The 1993 FY cost estimates are: <br />Audit Cost <br />a. <br />b. <br />Annual audit for the City <br />Minnesota legal compliance audit <br />TOTAL <br />Certificate of Achievement Cost not to exceed <br />$14,500 <br />$ 1,200 <br />$15.700 <br />S 1.500 <br />In 199' Ihc budget for the 1992 audits was $16,070. plus $3,914 for the Cenilicatc of <br />Achievement and direct costs. The 1994 budget is $16,300 for the 1993 audits, plus $4,110 for <br />the Certificate and direct costs. <br />Requested Action - Council approval of the appointment of the audit firm ot Malloy, Kamowski, <br />Radosevich & Co., C.P.A.’s to perform the required audits for the 1993 fiscal year records. <br />in Financial Reporting Program at a cost not to exceed $1,.500.
