The service fee for <br />1994 is $7,650 and is included in the 1994 insurance budget. The <br />agent fee is stated at a gross amount and is reduced by commissions <br />earned through the policy premiums paid by the city. For example <br />the fee for service in 1993 was $7,250.00, however, the net direct <br />cost to the city after applying commissions earned was $2,612.09. <br />Requested Action: Council appointment of Mr. Duweyn Carlson, Apple <br />Valley Agency, as insurance agent of record for 1994. <br />rt.* -PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by by to appoint Mr._, seconded _ <br />Duweyn Carlson, Apple Valley Agency, as Insurance Agent of Record <br />for 1994, at a fee not to exceed $7,650.00, including commissions <br />earned on policy premiums paid by the City.
