Apparently, the owner/builder managed to get around the variance <br />requirement. <br />The delay caused by this recent development has created some difficulty for us We <br />planned that the construction would have begun late in September; completion was <br />anticipated before the end of December In addition to disrupting the holidays, the delay is <br />causing problems with the financing, especially with the fluctuating interest rates <br />We would be extremely grateful if the remainder of the process could happen as quickly as <br />possible We respectfully request that our request be put on the City Council <br />agenda for November 22. 1993. This will enable us to lay the foundation before the start <br />of winter, and finalize the financing <br />Thank you for your consideration <br />Sincerely,
