Minnesota 55323 <br />Re: McKinney Duplex <br />File No. 139.1860 <br />Dear Jeanne, <br />We have reviewed the proposal for four parking spaces at the proposed duplex on <br />Livingston Avenue. The arrangement that provides two parking spaces in the existing <br />garage, one along the east side of the garage and one at the 30 foot front yard sed>ack is <br />feasible. This arrangement will provide adequate vehicle access while providing four <br />parking spaces. However, parking on the existing driveway will not be possible and the <br />garage must be reserved for parking. We recommend that the two additional parking <br />spaces be paved.
