r <br />presently located within the City of Orono and annexation of <br />said property into Long Lake, and agrees that this covenant <br />shall be specifically enforceable against Long Lake by the City <br />of Orono in any proceedings before the Minnesota Municipal <br />Board, or any court of competent jurisdiction. <br />0. That both the city council for the City of Orono and <br />the City of Long Lake request that the Minnesota Municipal <br />Board approve the co^'^enant of Long Lake that it will from this <br />day forth not support the concurrent detachment and annexation <br />pursuant to Minn.
