The 1990 approval limited hardcover to the standard 25% in the 75*250 zone, <br />removal of an existing fence, and provision of screening between the side street and the <br />f^oposed addition. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />At their October 18th meeting. Planning Commission recommended 6 to 0 to approve <br />the renewal variance per the previous conditions. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Statf recommends approval per the Planning Commission recommendation, per the <br />attached resolution.
