A RESOLUTION GRANTING AFTER-THE-FACT <br />V ARIANCES TO MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br />SECTION 10.22, SUBDIVISION 2; <br />SECTION 10.56, SUBDIVISION 16 (L); <br />iVND SECTION 10.24, SUBDIVISION 5 (B) <br />FILE ^1879 <br />'VHEREAS, Allen and Kathleen Bakke (hereinafter "the applicants") are owners <br />of the property located at 1127 Loma Linda Avenue within the City of Orono (hereinafter <br />"City") and legally described as follow'*-: <br />All of Lot 22 and that part of Lot 29 lying south of the north 100’ thereof as measured <br />alone the east and west lines of said l.ot 29. and the east two-fifths of Lot 21 as <br />measured along the north and south lines thereof, and the east two-fifths as measured <br />along the north and south lines thereof of that part of that part of Lot 30 lying south of <br />tlie north 100’ thereof as measured along the east and west lines ot said Lot 30.
