Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, Minnesota. 55323 <br />Dear Ms. Mabusth, <br />I am writing In response to the Orono Planning Commission's <br />recommendation <0. with regards to the Pyle's variance <br />application, zoning file #1750. <br />Replanting schedule to replace the necessary removal of two <br />mature oak trees wl11 be dependent on the construction <br />schedule of proposed new garage, removal of present garage, <br />and deletion of driveway area and designated hardcover, but <br />prior to sodding of this area. <br />We plan to consult with a landscape representative, from a <br />local la:>r»scape service. In order to obtain assistance and <br />recommendations. What species of trees will create an <br />attractive impression and will grow favorably under the <br />large canopies of two other mature oak crees that exist, and <br />will not be removed, within the setback zone of 115 - 250 <br />feet. N.W. section of site plan. Consideration of the <br />canopies of nine other mature oak and maple trees that exist <br />along the S.W. property line or contiguous with the <br />neighbor's property to the S.W.. within the same setback <br />zone. <br />Planning considerations: <br />1. <br />2. <br />1 1/2 - 2 Inch diameter tree.
