It w*as determined that twelve 6 or larger live trees had been <br />removed in the 0-75’ zone and literally dozens of odier trees ranging from I" to 6" in diameter <br />had been removed in that zone. <br />Siaif determined that this activity was not only a violation of Orono’s long-standing tree- <br />remova o’dinance but was also clearly a violation ot Section 10.56, Subdivision 16 (I)(2) which <br />prohibits intensive vegetatiiin clearing within 75‘ for the shoreline.
