All other <br />areas not landscaped with shrubs were to be seeded with tall grass. <br />When the landscaping plan was developed and bid, the sod was <br />included but the seeding was not included. In finalizing the <br />landscape plan it was determined that the areas planned for tall <br />grass would instead be seeded with regular lawn mix. This work is <br />to be done by City staff. The Public Works Director has <br />recommended the seeding be done this fall. The attached memo from <br />the Public Works Director indicates the cost of the seed is <br />$598.50. It is recommended the seed be purchased this fall.
