RESOLUTION CONCERNING LMCD <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to the authority of MSA <br />103.B605-Subdivision 4, the Lake Minnetonka Conservation District <br />be dissolved effective January 1, 1994, or as soon thereafter as <br />the required number of member cities has voted for dissolution. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Orono join with <br />the member cities to determine whether through a Joint Powers <br />Agreement or other cooperative effort, a regulatory body needs to <br />be created to perform any of the functions of the District, and if <br />so, to join in forming such a body. <br />This resolution was approved the 25th day of October, <br />1993, by a vote of _ _ in favor and _ _ opposed by the Orono City <br />Council. <br />Edward J.
