e <br />ROBERT MERRII L ROSENBERG <br />PROrCSSlONAL AnSOriATION <br />t A W V L M <br />October 1, 1993 <br />Page 2 <br />Tn earlv 1992 Mr. and Mrs. Brent Johnson, who were buying the <br />Miltiig hlus4 on the property obtained a mortgage commitment. <br />This necessitated Mr. and Mrs. Mark Johnson conveying the f <br />interest in the property (which had been subject to a contract <br />for daed) so that financing could be placed on the residence. <br />The finance transaction also necessitated an amendment to the <br />?orrenS application to reflect the changes in ownership and <br />lenders. <br />These necessary changes to the Torrens application were made and <br />?l;rprSceeding resumed, with a final directive being issued on <br />September 14, 1992 (a few days after the resolution expired). <br />Because of the changes that had taken place in the ^ . <br />title the original mylars were no lonier accurate, and it <br />an Additional 8 months after the conclusion of the <br />for the surveyor to complete the necessary changes in P <br />dedication as to ownership and secured parties. <br />SUSSES <br />returned. <br />Following signature by the lender, the plat was ®lso <br />the surveyor, and is now ready for submission to <br />however we are clearly beyond the period for the prelimin y <br />approval resolution. <br />It is ray understanding that the Johnsons timely paid the $30C <br />Final Plat and Legal Review Fee, and have paid in full tne <br />$2,544.00 Park Dedication Fee.
