Per Section 11.10, Subdivision 15 of the subdivision <br />regulations of the Municipal Code, preliminary subdivision <br />approval is effective for one year from the date of this <br />approval (September 9, 1992). Failure to file a complete <br />final subdivision application within this time period shall <br />be construed as formal withdrawal of the proposed <br />subdivision. <br />PINAL PLAT SC7BMITTALS <br />The following list of final submittals must be submitted to the Zoning <br />Administrator two weeks prior to the regularly scheduled Council meeting on <br />the second and fourth Mondays of the month: <br />A. RECORD PLAT drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies and <br />one (1) copy reduced to 1"»'200'. Drawing to include: <br />a) Lot lines platted per preliminary survey by All Metro <br />Land Surveyors, revised date June 24, 1991. <br />b) Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 10* wide <br />along all perimeter property lines and 5* each side of <br />internal property lines. <br />c) Property on north side of County Road to be designated <br />as Outlot A. <br />B. LEGAL DOCUMENTS required; <br />a) Title opinion addressed to the City. All owners, <br />mortgage holders or ethers with property interest <br />indicated therein shall sign the plat and all other <br />documents affected by such interest. <br />b) The applicant must provide certified copies of all <br />recorded easements currently affecting the property. <br />C. FEES TO BE PAID; Total Due $300.0 0 ± Park Fee <br />a) Park dedication fee to be determined by City Assessor <br />based on 8% of total property in undeveloped state. <br />Applicant will be advised as soon as the City Assessor <br />has submitted his determination. <br />Page 3 of 4
