Asphalt will be <br />overlaid on existing driveway and apron for garage accessibility and control <br />of street runoff. Existing concrete steps and wooden handrail will also be <br />replaced. (See detailed plans.) <br />HARDSHIP/DESCRIPTION OF UNUSUAL CONDITIONS: <br />Garage and parking area are constructed within the setbacks, with retaining <br />walls supporting 2 sides and part of 3rd side. To meet setbacks would <br />require starting over with new retaining walls on the steep slope, resulting in <br />dramatically increased harocover closer to the lake, and removal of 2-3 <br />mature trees. Street setback would have been met except for ;ounty <br />easement. <br />0
