Jolin Gerhardson has <br />confirmed that the City of Orono has no interest in the remaining portion of the property and <br />would concur that property could be deeded back to the applicant. Applicant should be advised <br />to contact the County to determine if they are willing to quit claim untravelled portion of the <br />right-of-way. <br />Statement of Hardship <br />Review Exhibit B.
