A conditional use permit shall remain in <br />effect as long as the conditions agreed upon are <br />observed, but nothing in this Section shall <br />prevent the City from enacting or amending <br />official controls to change the status of <br />conditional uses. <br />I understand tnat the granting by the City of this <br />Resolution is in reliance on the representations that i <br />will fully comply with all of the terms and conditions <br />of said Resolution.
