There shall be no dwell <br />ings for more than one family <br />upon any lot or parcel of land, <br />and there shall be but one single <br />family dwelling upon each lot or <br />parcel of land. <br />(4.) Each structure to be used <br />IS a dwelling shail be set back <br />..•om the street property line, or <br />lines, at least 30 feet, and distant <br />at least 10 feet from any side <br />property line, and side or rear <br />street; and any structure irre <br />spective of design or use shall <br />not be closer tnan 10 feet from <br />the property line. This shall also <br />include barbecue pits and sinulai* <br />types of construction not com <br />monly referred to as structures; <br />provided, however, that if a struc <br />ture to be used as a dwelling or <br />commercial building is to be con <br />structed or moved onto a lot ad <br />jacent to other lots upon which <br />there are existing residences or <br />commercial buildings, such struc <br />ture „hall be so located on said <br />lot in .reference to the street <br />property line, or if the lot is a <br />lake front with reference to the <br />lake front line, so as to conform <br />generally to the building line of <br />the residences or commercial <br />buildings on such lots. <br />l5.) No private garage sha’> be <br />located closer *han 30 feet to .‘he <br />street property line, nor clrser <br />than 10 feet to any other adjoin <br />ing property line. Where the <br />topography or use of the tract <br />or parcel of land prevents such <br />location, the Village Council may <br />authorize, by special permit, other <br />location of such garage. <br />Section 2. Publication: The <br />O'-dinance shall be published in <br />the Minnetonka Herald at Way- <br />zata, Minnesota, and shall be ef <br />fective immediately upon such <br />publication. <br />Passed by the Village Council <br />of the Village of Orono this 27th <br />day of August, 1962, by a vote <br />of 5 yeas and no nays. <br />H.
