As new structure is to be installed <br />requiring foundation and retaining wall, applicant was asked if structure could be moved <br />approximately I'/i' so that structure could meet the required 10 ’ side yard setback. Applicant <br />concurred that he would be able to complete the realignment and satisfy the code. <br />The Planning Commission adopted the hardship noted by applicant and as set forth in the <br />staff memo and recommended unanimous approval of the one remaining variance that would <br />allow the structure to be placed in front of the existing residence The enclosed approval <br />resolution has been drafted for Council ’s review and action <br />Isv
