i ■■ <br />rr /w <br />RESOLUTION OF THE VILIAGE OF • :r«NO <br />At a regular meeting of the Village Comcil of the Village of Orono, <br />held on July 21, 1958, it was moved by Mr,________________ and seconded <br />by Mr. ____________and unanimously carried, that the following <br />resolution oe adopted: <br />RESOLVED, that the final plat to Addition Forest Arms Country <br />Club Addition on file with the Council^ which is a part of the <br />preliminary plat to Forest Arms Country Club Addition previously <br />approved on January 27, 1958, be approved subject to the following: <br />1. Ihe alley shown on the said plat, lying between Forest Arms <br />Lane and Forest Lake Drive shall be eliminated and changed <br />to a 20 foot easement. <br />2.The two lots lying immediately northwest of Lot 8, Block <br />3, of the said plat (which lots are outside of the final <br />plat to Addition but are inside of the preliminary <br />plat previously approved) shall, when the area including <br />such lots is platted as Addition §2^ Forest Arms Country <br />Club Addition, be reserved for park purposes and general <br />access to the Lake, upon some basis to be agreed upon at <br />that time between the platter and the Village Council. <br />3.The following street inprovement specifications shall <br />apply throughout Fbrest Arms Country Club Addition #1: <br />A.All residential streets shall be graded providing a <br />roadway width--of. 30 feet> with the centerline grade:::— <br />5 inches above the grade on each side of said roadway.^ • <br />B.All streets shall first be graded 8 inches below the., <br />finished grade to provide for 7 inches of gravel base. <br />100$ passing a ij inch sieve size.
